Man Killed In Fall During Center City Crane Crash
A freak construction accident in Center City left one worker dead and three bystanders injured Monday afternoon.
A boom lift was working on the roof of a church at 21st and Walnut Streets at about 1:15 p.m. when it toppled, throwing the operator 125 feet to the ground.
The worker, identified as James Wilson of New Jersey, was rushed to Hahnemann University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
